How do our animal neighbors adapt to the deep freeze of New England winters? What can we learn from their adaptations that will benefit conservation and medicine? Wells Reserve educator Paige Rutherford will help you explore the winter worlds of insects, fishes, reptiles, and amphibians to discover how they cope with the cold. Paige will also talk about how these cryogenic critters are helping doctors and resource managers solve some difficult puzzles.
