Begin your day with a gentle Hatha yoga class designed for those who need to stretch, strengthen, tone, and relax on a regular basis. Increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, focus, and concentration while in the beautiful setting of the Wells Reserve. These all-level classes are small enough so that personal attention can be given to each student, whether a beginner or more advanced. The class is led by certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist Mary A. Taylor, D.C., who uses yoga as an adjunctive therapy in her chiropractic practice in Kennebunk. Cost of the 8-week series (February 28-April 24, no class on March 27) is $64/member and $80/non-member. Pre-registration is required. Class is ongoing and participants can join mid-series. You will need your own yoga mat and blanket for class. Please call 646-1555 x 116 to reserve your space.
