Tracy Kay is director of operations, a title which requires her to wear many hats. She coordinates our wedding bookings, schedules all of our fundraising events, manages the gift shop, etc., etc., etc. Tracys been with us since 1998, acting as "first assistant" to five Trust presidents. She is an organizational wizard and a tirelessly creative problem solver — essentially the glue that holds things together here.
