A walk designed for those caregiving for an ill or aging loved one. This is a time to restore and care for yourself. Come learn about compassion for yourself and experience the healing essence of nature while walking with other caregivers. Take some time in nature to offer yourself respite and solace. The walk is neither strenuous nor fast-paced.
We will meet outside the barn to begin.
