It is possible to allow more meadow and native plants, which will increase the bug and therefore the bird population, and have a neat landscape. The Reserve's Environmental Educator, Linda Littlefield Grenfell, will share the history of lawns and the results of lawns nationwide, the need to make space for more native plants, and how to do this. Come share your ideas, successes and failures, and let's support each other as we take small steps to make a big difference.
