Teaching Lab
Everything is connected! Come share this important message with 6 12th grade students in our Microscopic Marvels program. Through hands-on investigation of water quality and plankton, students discover the interactions between the living and non-living factors that make up a healthy estuary ecosystem. Students spend time out on the research marsh and in the teaching lab.
Program Specifics: Grades 6 12th, Duration 3 hours, Group Size 15 student maximum
New docents are welcome!
Training will be out on the trails and the marsh!
Please dress for the weather and the (potentially) wet marsh.
Snacks will be provided. Please bring a water bottle.
Meet in the Teaching Lab in the Maine Coastal Ecology Center.
