Rachel joins the team as the Marketing & Communications Director. She brings 10 years of experience working for a variety of Maine-based creative organizations, most recently as the Art Director & Associate Editor of Taproot Magazine. Her absolute favorite thing to do is get outside and explore Maine's coast, so she is especially excited about her new workplace setting at the Wells Reserve. Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, Rachel moved to Maine for college and never looked back. She holds degrees in Visual Arts and Art History from Bowdoin College and has called Portland home since 2012. In her spare time, Rachel can be found lingering at one her favorite local coffee shops, exploring the amazing beaches and trails Maine has to offer, taking dance classes, and occasionally working on her own paintings.
