Embrace the warmth of summer and sunrise on the Summer Solstice with a rejuvenating outdoor yoga and meditation practice. At the summer solstice, when the sun is its most powerful, our bodies want to bask in the light and move with the shifting season. By greeting the sun through the mindful connection of breath and movement, we will let our own light radiate, then sit together in stillness and connect to the source of light around us and within us. This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience ages 16 and up. Please plan to bring your own yoga mat. Some props and mats will be available. This event is weather dependent, so if it rains, we will meet in the auditorium. Anyone is welcome to join Skye for a brisk dip in the ocean after class!
Please note: Program fee does not include site admission fee.
