Join us to use the power of the sun to make your very own nature-inspired cyanotype print to take home and frame, sew onto your favorite tote bag, or simply admire! Our cyanotype process will involve using natural materials and pre-treated 8-inch cotton squares to create beautiful blue images that only appear when exposed to the sun. It’s beginner friendly from start to finish! Each participant will make two prints. In the event of a lack of sunshine on September 16, the rain date will be September 18.
