We’re expanding the age range for this three-day all alumni camp experience! Come see your friends from camp years past! If you attended a Wells Reserve summer camp prior to August 17, 2026, you are eligible for this Aquatic Adventures camp opportunity.

Spend three days investigating the stream, salt marsh, and beach habitats of the Wells Reserve! We'll explore the homes of fish, crabs, snails and more, learning how these fascinating creatures adapt to life underwater. Play fun water-themed games, get your feet wet while experiencing the waters edge, and make aquatic creature creations to take home. Ages 7 to 12.

For more information, please email Suzanne@wellsnerr.org or call (207) 646-1555 x 116.

Scholarship money is available, with applications considered on a rolling basis.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a camp session is cancelled by the Wells Reserve, registrants will be issued a full refund.
  • If a camp session is cancelled by the registrant before June 1, refunds will be issued minus a $50 processing fee.
  • If a camp session is cancelled by the registrant after June 1 and more than 14 days from the start of the camp session, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • If a camp session is cancelled by the registrant within 14 days of the start of the camp session, no refund will be issued.

Please note: None of our camps involve swimming, though our preference is that camp participants have some comfort in the water. All camps visit the water’s edge. At the beach, campers get their feet and ankles wet while exploring tidepools. At the marsh and shallow section of the Merriland River, campers wade and cool off in knee-deep water (about 1.5 feet).
