Every generation deserves the chance to tell its own story. The award-winning PBS documentary My Climate Future gives young people a camera lens—and a voice—to show us how they experience a changing world and the future they hope to create. After all, America’s youth have the most at stake—while not causing the problem in the first place.
All ages are welcome. Filmmaker Jonathan Fisher will be present to answer questions following the 30-minute film.
About the Presenter
Raised in New York City and now living in Cape Elizabeth, filmmaker Jonathan Fisher leads Seeing for Ourselves, a nonpartisan nonprofit that has pioneered participatory photography for social change. Its work spans public housing, criminal justice, immigration, and climate change, shaping countless lives and the world those lives inhabit.
