About This Offering
Grief is part of our shared human experience, yet few of us are taught how to care for it.
Spend a morning of learning, reflection, conversation, and gentle practices that explore a compassionate relationship with grief.
Rather than trying to fix, overcome, or move beyond it, we will explore how presence, awareness, curiosity, and compassion can help us care for grief. Together, we will create space to slow down, listen more deeply, and discover how caring for grief gradually expands our capacity to be present with loss and grief. The morning concludes with an optional guided awareness walk through the healing Wells Reserve, where nature gently companions our practice of grief care.
