Meet Research Associate Jeremy Miller and learn about SWMP — the System-Wide Monitoring Program — a core research program happening at all 29 research reserves. See the equipment and learn how SWMP collects accurate, long-term weather and water quality data from our nation's estuaries. Researchers will demonstrate sampling equipment, explain laboratory techniques for filtering and analyzing water samples, and show how collecting a robust, continuous data set on climate and water chemistry is vitally important for understanding change in our coastal communities.
